ABOUT OUR OFFICE

Adv. Gad Elbaz, the founder of our boutique law firm, is one of Israel’s most experienced lawyers in the field of Aviation Law

Prior to establishing the firm, Gad served as legal counsel to the Civil Aviation Administration (now known as the Civil Aviation Authority) in which role he was responsible for the overall regulation of aviation in Israel. Gad later joined M. Firon & Co. as the managing partner of its aviation law branch.

This unique professional background and comprehensive experience in providing support to clients and projects across the spectrum of aviation enables us to provide effective solutions for any aviation-related issue.

Gad’s role includes providing his clients with the broadest possible range of creative legal solutions in accordance with the type of legal service that is required. We provide end to end services to our clients – starting with the preparation of purchase, sale and lease agreements for aircrafts, dealing with regulatory issues (including anti-trust) and including all matters relating to security and safety that require unique, in-depth expertise.

The firm’s clientele is especially diverse and includes leading players from the commercial and private aviation sectors in Israel and overseas – the security and defense industries, business professionals, professional pilots, private plane owners and flight crew. At the same time, Gad places great emphasis on his work in the international sphere and represents Israeli clients in their international activity while also providing support to foreign clients from around the world. His international legal work includes leading global agreements, working with foreign authorities and companies, providing ongoing support in traffic rights issues, compliance with regulations and more.

In addition to his role in the firm, Gad also serves as an expert lecturer in aviation law. Among the prestigious institutions at which he has regularly been invited to lecture are the College of Management Academic Studies and the Israel Management Centre.
